Last minute senior pics
I did some last minute senior pictures for the very cool Shaun on Friday at the Naperville River Walk. We had a lot of fun, and thankfully, the rain held off until I got back home!

And here's a last one of him and his girlfriend just having fun and joking around. Thanks, Shaun. I had a great time with you guys!

Three Beautiful Girls!
I took pictures today of three beautiful girls! It was so hard to get them to look at me all at the same time! They were a lot of fun, and it was so nice to know for sure that we can make all the noise in the world while in the studio, and Kyla won't wake up! Those girls made plenty of noise! They were so much fun!

Kyla (again!)
I can't help myself! Here's another favorite of Kyla from the other day!

One of my favorite girls to photograph!
This little girl is turning two, and I can't believe it! I've been taking her pictures since she was a baby and I was just getting my start. She's definitely an active toddler, and she wanted nothing to do with the camera. I love how the really strong winds made her ponytails fly!

And here's one of her when she was just a few weeks old!

Taking a break...
I was working in my new studio today (I promise pics as soon as some of the little details are finished!) getting things ready for the upcoming wedding season. I decided to take a break to shoot Kyla. I've been wanting to do these pics ever since she started sucking on her toes (EEeeew!) She is fascinated with her feet.

I just grabbed my camera and started shooting using the natural light from my windows. I was pleased, especially considering I don't even have the right curtains up yet!

Welcome, Baby J!
Julia had her baby, and I was fortunate enough to go to her house to take some pictures today. I was hoping for a very smooth session, but I had to take Kyla with me, and she had other plans! Later this evening, Brian noticed she had popped out her first tooth! Surprise! No wonder she's been so crabby.

Baby J, on the other hand, was perfect. Ten tiny fingers and ten tiny toes (all attached to a tiny body)! I truly believe he is the smallest baby I have ever held (which isn't saying much considering my limited experience with caring for babies).

Thank you, Gabe & Julia, for giving me this opportunity.

And one more of Julia before Baby J arrived!
